ILB on exercise @ 1200 hrs.and tasked by CG to yacht in difficulty off Harbour. CG informed DLA of
second incident south of Station with woman injured at 'White Rock' and requiring assistance.
 Both ALB and ILB on scene at 'White Rock' and standing by whilst CG Shore Unit attends to casualty.
Casualty evacuated by SAR CG Helicopter and both RNLI LIfeboats stood down and returned to
Station.
